Malaysia Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 Beta Version (2010) Review

Halo everybody i'm Berry from BryStudio! Today i'm very freaking excited as i just install Internet Explorer 9! It been decaded i think the last time i use internet explorer. Why? because it suck to the max. The previous version of internet explorer 7 , 8 , 9 is always the favourite (Cap Ayam) of those hacker. It easy to crack , modify and even hack. The interface is not friendly enough and it always crash! especially when i'm surfing porno!

Let me break my article into 3 part or more.

Using IE9 to view brystudio.com

From the picture above you can see that Internet explorer 9 is indeed quite neat. They build internet explorer in the same concept of Google chrome. Internet explore 6 to 8 version was a program which is included in all Windows and you are unable to delete it. But this internet explorer 9 is a software just like chrome. You can delete it like any other software and uninstall it if you like even when you are using windows.

See the red box in the photo, If you got use before Internet explore the older version. You should know that all browser will pop up the " Remember Password " box on top. But for internet explorer 9 the box will appear below. If you look closely to Internet explorer 9 you will see that internet explorer 9 beta version is having some problem with their plug in and compatibility of many website. If you surf Wordpress , Blogspot or even youtube you will notice you need to download alot of new plug in or even add ons to use internet explorer smoothly.

InPrivate is another browser or how should i say a feature of internet explorer 9 which i quite amused. If you are "InPrivate" you able to surf porno or even some website which you doesn't want other to know more comfortably. It because it doesn't keep cookie and data or even link. So people won't even know which website you surf and what you doing on the web.

I personally think Internet explorer 9 have a very good structure in interface and shiny shiny interface. But they need more idea and another thing is make Internet explorer to be more compatible to many website as i mention before.

I give 6 / 10 for internet explorer!

Good

  • Shiny interface
  • Faster speed compare to previous version
  • Interface is more organize and neat compare to previous version

Bad
  • Need alot addons and plug in
  • can't use some button in some special website example ( blogspot.com [image])
  • Url link too short it quite irratated

Google HQ Throwing Out Windows in Favor of OS X or Linux

Google HQ Throwing Out Windows in Favor of OS X or Linux

                                             ''Google Cafeteria''
Google is phasing out the internal use of Microsoft’s ubiquitous Windows operating system because of security concerns, according to several Google employees.
The directive to move to other operating systems began in earnest in January, after Google’s Chinese operations were hacked, and could effectively end the use of Windows at Google, which employs more than 10,000 workers internationally.
“Many people have been moved away from [Windows] PCs, mostly towards Mac OS, following the China hacking attacks,” said another.“We’re not doing any more Windows. It is a security effort,” said one Google employee.
New hires are now given the option of using Apple’s Mac computers or PCs running the Linux operating system. “Linux is open source and we feel good about it,” said one employee. “Microsoft we don’t feel so good about.”
In early January, some new hires were still being allowed to install Windows on their laptops, but it was not an option for their desktop computers. Google would not comment on its current policy.
Windows is known for being more vulnerable to attacks by hackers and more susceptible to computer viruses than other operating systems. The greater number of attacks on Windows has much to do with its prevalence, which has made it a bigger target for attackers.
Employees wanting to stay on Windows required clearance from “quite senior levels”, one employee said. “Getting a new Windows machine now requires CIO approval,” said another employee.
In addition to being a semi-formal policy, employees themselves have grown more concerned about security since the China attacks. “Particularly since the China scare, a lot of people here are using Macs for security,” said one employee.
Employees said it was also an effort to run the company on Google’s own products, including its forthcoming Chrome OS, which will compete with Windows. “A lot of it is an effort to run things on Google product,” the employee said. “They want to run things on Chrome.”
The hacking in China hastened the move. “Before the security, there was a directive by the company to try to run things on Google products,” said the employee. “It was a long time coming.”
The move created mild discontent among some Google employees, appreciative of the choice in operating systems granted to them - an unusual feature in large companies. But many employees were relieved they could still use Macs and Linux. “It would have made more people upset if they banned Macs rather than Windows,” he added.
Google and Microsoft compete on many fronts, from search, to web-based email, to operating systems.
While Google is the clear leader in search, Windows remains the most popular operating system in the world by a large margin, with various versions accounting for more than 80 per cent of installations, according to research firm Net Applications.
